        Document AI simply reads the data from newly uploaded files, this mean that you don't have to manually enter the data yourself. Without it you will need to enter the data yourself or, if your syncing with your accounting software you won't need to do anything.

      • Can I automatically create bills in Xero?

        Yep we have an 'automation' for that!

      • How many statuses can I have?

        As many or as few as you want. Make your approval process as simple or as advanced as your company requires.

      • Can I make it so that only specific users can view specific invoices?

        Yes! With the help of our 'categories' feature, simply allocate those invoices and users to the category they need to see.

      • Whats the difference between this and ApprovalMax?

        This is way more approachable, and versatile.

        Absolutely, there is a 'prompt' option that allows you to select another user to notify. They will receive an email with a link to the invoice.
